A Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) is an employer-funded benefit used to offset the cost of out-of-pocket medical expenses and/or premium expenses. Employers contribute to an HRA and funds in an HRA may roll over into the next year and can, for qualified expenses, be tax-free.

OVERVIEW
ThrivePass provides comprehensive HRA administration services including customer service, enrollment, claim adjudication, and participant reimbursement. Participant claims are reviewed, entered into our system, and audited daily. Account processing and mailing of checks and/or direct deposits is done on a pre-determined schedule.
