A Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) is an employer-funded benefit used to offset the cost of out-of-pocket medical expenses and/or premium expenses. Employers contribute to an HRA and funds in an HRA may roll over into the next year and can, for qualified expenses, be tax-free.
