Benefits employees can understand, use and value.

A benefits account only delivers value when employees feel confident using it. InComm Benefits helps employers and benefits advisors simplify administration while giving employees smarter tools for everyday benefits decisions.

Through one partnership, we support Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, COBRA and Commuter Benefits—all backed by more than 30 years of payments innovation.

Connected with Employee Navigator

When an employee enrolls in an eligible InComm Benefits plan, enrollment data flows automatically from Employee Navigator to InComm Benefits. This helps reduce manual data handling and enrollment errors so accounts can be established and prepared to receive contributions sooner.

Why InComm Benefits

Designed around real employee behavior. Our research found that 64% of employees avoid using their HSA card when they are unsure whether a purchase is eligible. InComm Benefits helps reduce that uncertainty with eligibility guidance, automated purchase sorting, stored receipts and personalized notifications.

One card. Smarter payment decisions. Employees can access HSA and FSA funds using one benefits card. When paired with HSA Backup, eligible expenses route to the HSA while noneligible purchases route to the backup account automatically.

More value from the HSA. Account holders can earn 2% cash back on qualifying purchases, up to $200 annually, and begin investing with as little as $10.*

Support beyond the technology. Dedicated account support and employee education help employers manage their programs while helping employees get more from their benefits.
