Everything in your life is connected by legal — whether it’s a situation you plan for, like creating a will or buying a home — or something more unexpected, like fighting a traffic ticket. With legal insurance from ARAG, network attorney fees are 100% paid-in-full for most covered matters. Through this plan, employees can address legal issues in any of the following ways:
Meet with an Attorney: Members can work with a network attorney in-person or over the telephone to address their legal concerns. Services include legal advice, consultation and representation as well as document preparation and review.
Create legally-valid documents: Create 350+ legally-valid documents, including state-specific templates that can be customized to help members take control of legal matters. Members can securely access, edit and store their documents online at their convenience.
Access Online Resources: All employees ― even those who are not members in the legal insurance plan ― have access to a collection of online tools, educational articles and easy-to-use resources to help them better understand a variety of legal and financial matters.
ARAG offers an all-in-one solution within its UltimateAdvisor Plus™ plan that includes all the benefits and services of UltimateAdvisor, plus:
