New regulations effective 9-23-12 under Health Care Reform require that all employees and their dependents who are eligible for health insurance be provided a uniform benefit summary and glossary of terms 60 days before the effective date. Employer and brokers can now post these federally required notices directly to Employee Navigator’s employee portal and provide access via a mobile app.
