Employee Navigator is excited to announce a new integration with BenefitPoint powered by Vertafore, an agency management system (AMS) designed to streamline the quoting and plan management process for brokers. The new integration will roll out in two phases:
Phase 1 – Quoting Integration: Live
The quoting integration allows de-identified census details to be sent from Employee Navigator to BenefitPoint to speed up the quoting process. Then brokers can easily push sold quote plan details back into Employee Navigator to reduce plan setup for brokers. The new automation is designed to significantly reduce manual work for brokers to quote and manage groups online.
In addition to simplifying quoting workflows, brokers can also audit plans side-by-side to reduce downstream data quality issues. This capability offers a new approach to plan auditing that differs from the traditional carrier-driven audit process, giving brokers greater visibility and control.
“This integration represents a new level of connectivity between benefits administration and quoting,” said George Reese, CEO of Employee Navigator. “By allowing plan data to flow directly from Employee Navigator into BenefitPoint, brokers can save time, reduce duplicate work, and move more efficiently through the quoting process.”
“The real value of partnerships like this comes down to what they unlock for our customers,” said James Thom, chief product officer at Vertafore. “When we can reduce friction and take manual work off their plate, we give benefits brokers something far more important back: time to focus on their clients and growing their business. That’s the kind of progress that drives true distribution velocity across the industry.”
Phase 2 – Agency Management System Integration: Q2 2026
When fully implemented, the integration will connect benefits administration, quoting, and agency management, enabling brokers to leverage their existing book of business of Employee Navigator data across the entire quoting lifecycle.
