How do we help with Retiree Billing?
We know Retiree Billing can become a very time consuming job for any employer to
administer on their own. We want to help! We can help your client service their retiree
account. We offer 2 package options:
1. Basic Package – This package would include the following:
• Total communication with retiree including payment coupons and letters to
communicate needed information
• Collection of Retiree Insurance Premiums from each Retiree every month
• Monthly Distribution of those total Premiums to the Employer by check
• The Employer will then reconcile their own insurance bills and send all proper
funds to the Insurance Carrier
2. Plus Package – This package would include the following:
• Total communication with retiree including payment coupons and letters to
communicate needed information
• Collection of Retiree Insurance Premiums from each Retiree every month
• Carrier will mail separate retiree bill to Benefit Solutions, Inc.
• We will reconcile the Retiree Insurance Bill to our system and send all proper
funds to the Insurance Carrier directly for the Employer. We will also notify the
carrier directly if there are corrections that need to be made to the bill
