COBRA administration with SBA

SBA has provided third-party COBRA administration to Northwest clients since 2003. We’re good at it and our clients and brokers know it. Our pricing is based on a per-benefit-enrolled-employee-per-month fee. We’re not the lowest cost provider, but we’re not the most expensive either. This monthly fee pays for full-service COBRA administration from start to finish. Our services include:
New Group Setup: Mailing Initial Notices to all active employees/covered dependents (if the client has never done so before). “Taking-over” current COBRA participants by communicating open enrollment changes (if needed), getting them enrolled with the carrier, and sending coupons for future payments.
Monthly administration: Payment processing, notices sent as needed. Communicating COBRA participant enrollment/Changes/Terminations with carriers.
Annual Renewal: Updating plans and rates. Communicating changes to COBRA participants, enrolling them in new benefits (if needed), updating active employee changes and mailing Initial Notices to all new dependents enrolled in benefits.
