PackWISE gives brokers and employers four flexible ways to offer pet benefits. Basic is an everyday pet perks membership that includes all pets in an employee’s household. Essential, Plus, and Preferred are per-pet plans that add reimbursement for eligible veterinary expenses through a group-based, non-insurance Pet Health Reimbursement Arrangement (PHRA).

Every level includes 24/7 veterinary telehealth, Pin Paws pet identification tools, oral health screening, product discounts, and pet wellness insights. Higher levels add varying reimbursement for eligible accidents, illnesses, emergencies, and routine care, with prescription savings and a pet warranty included in Plus and Preferred.

PackWISE supports employer paid, employee paid, and list bill arrangements. PHRA plans can be tailored to the group, with a stop-loss option available to help manage group costs.
