∎ Maintain administration system with new hires and terminations using employer-provided data in McGriff
approved format
∎ Generation and mailing of Initial and Qualifying Event COBRA notifications via first-class mail
∎ Notification and collection of monthly premium(s)
∎ Notification of participants’ status to carrier(s) (enrollments and terminations) in McGriff format
∎ Prepare and transmit the following employer reports monthly:
• COBRA Premium Remittance Report (by benefit, by participant, by month)
∎ Your COBRA account management team provides:
• Employer support for compliance and administrative issues
• Participant support for processing and account inquiries
