All of our plans feature no waiting periods, no preexisting conditions, no deductible required and no missing tooth clause.

Employer group dental plans are offered to employers in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio companies with two or more employees. All of our plans may be administered on a fully insured, or self-insured (administrative services only) basis.
