That can unlock:

The program works by identifying future high-cost claimants and helping them take action today:

• DNA screening uncovers who’s at increased risk. About 1 in 5 people have an increased risk of serious illness due to their DNA.
  
• With that information, our health navigators help employees (and their doctors) take action to lower the risk. Employees found to be at increased risk of cancer are also offered blood-based multi-cancer early detection testing, which can help detect more than 50 types of cancer early—when the cancer is most treatable (launching early 2027).
  
• For employees diagnosed with cancer (or another condition influenced by genetics), our navigation team provides 1-on-1 support understanding the diagnosis, making confident decisions, and seeing treatment through. We can also help determine if additional DNA testing could be useful.
  
• In addition, our team supports cancer survivors and employees caring for a loved one with cancer.
