Fillable Enrollment Forms are now available in Employee Navigator

We’re excited to announce that the Forms feature in Ease is now available in Employee Navigator. This has been the #1 most requested update by our users, and our team has spent the past two years working to add this feature. A silent launch of Phase 1 was completed in May to ensure a smooth rollout and address any early issues. As of today, more than 1,300 companies are using Forms with over 275 carriers.
Employee Navigator already supports robust integrations with most major ancillary and worksite insurance carriers, as well as traditional 834 EDI integrations with over 300 health insurance carriers. However, we also recognize the importance of Forms for small group medical plans, where they are the only accepted method for communicating employee enrollments. The option to use fillable forms will make it easier for brokers to manage their small group customers on Employee Navigator when electronic enrollment methods, such as 834 EDI, are not practical.
Key highlights of the Forms feature on Employee Navigator:
- Available to all Employee Navigator license tiers at no additional cost
- Supports Medical, Dental and Vision
- Forms can be e-signed by employees
- A broker dashboard shows completed forms ready for download
- Completed forms are also available in the employee’s document library
Please note: We do not plan to support paper-based EOI Forms. Instead, Employee Navigator is actively developing electronic EOI integrations with carriers.
Upcoming enhancements in 2025:
- Termination forms for select carriers without online portals
- Support for ancillary benefits provided by medical carriers
- Support more phone number types and introducing form regeneration to support correcting forms without re-signing
