Employee Navigator Enhances Integration with ADP
Employee Navigator is excited to announce 3 major integration updates for their ADP integrations:
- RUN Powered by ADP® is now live.
- ADP Workforce Now® Next Generation platform is now live.
- Single-sign-on (SSO) is live for all three ADP payroll platforms (Workforce Now, RUN Powered by ADP and ADP Workforce Now® Next Generation)
The RUN Powered by ADP payroll platform is a market leader used by nearly 800,000 small businesses. This new integration allows brokers to offer their small groups who are using ADP RUN and Employee Navigator a real-time automated sync of payroll deduction and demographic details, a feature normally reserved for larger employers. Employee Navigator continues to focus on reducing the administrative burdens companies of all sizes deal with and the ADP RUN integration is a big step in that direction.
The launch of Employee Navigator’s integration with ADP Workforce Now Next Generation is equally exciting and will help brokers catering to large and mid-market customers more easily digitize their books of business, allow HR to refocus their time on recruiting, training, and providing career growth to employees, and deliver peace of mind by ensuring that demographic and deduction data is consistently in sync.
Employee Single-Sign-On (SSO) from ADP to Employee Navigator: We’ve upgraded all three payroll integrations to ADP which include SSO capability which will allow HR to keep the best of both worlds: a broker managed benefit solution and ADP’s market leading payroll product. Employees can easily jump from ADP to Employee Navigator to manage their benefits while HR can leverage ADP’s ecosystem of HR programs and maintain the long-term relationship with their benefits broker. This integration will simplify the enrollment process, reduce administrative burden for HR managers, and eliminate the need for employees to remember login credentials for multiple systems. The SSO is available to all Employee Navigator and ADP employers at no additional cost.
“We have been working closely with the team at ADP for nearly five years since the launch of our first integration with ADP Workforce Now to simplify benefits administration and payroll for thousands of companies,” said George Reese, Employee Navigator CEO. “The expansion of our partnership is a big step forward in helping to streamline the lives of HR and their employees.”
