Cassidy Bartemus, WC Dillon’s HRIS Administrator and Employee Benefits Specialist, and her President both went through a hectic open enrollment and were looking for a solution for ACA reporting to ease their administrative burden. Creating 1095 forms manually proved to be tedious and time consuming. WC Dillon began searching for a solution that would streamline their compliance process both internally and for their customers.
WC Dillon’s sister company, Insight Risk Management, introduced them to Employee Navigator. Our software was able to increase ACA reporting
efficiency for their customers including: tracking and categorizing employees, importing health plan enrollment data, and calculating affordability and monthly FTE. Employee Navigator’s functionality enabled WC Dillon to deliver an affordable end-to-end ACA and 1095 reporting solution that measurably reduced their administrative workload.
Today, WC Dillon discusses Employee Navigator with every client with over 25 employees, and currently has over a thousand employees on the system. Employee Navigator has become an integral part of WC Dillon’s operations, reducing the risk of human error by minimizing manual data entry. Cassidy is currently working on the company’s first payroll integration and adding to their list of carrier integrations to drive further efficiencies for their customers.
